Curriculum Focus:
- Targeted technical enhancements for meet performance
What to Bring:
- Practice suit (arrive dressed)
- All equipment you have (fins, kickboard, pull buoy, paddles, etc.)
- Swim cap & goggles
- Towel
- Labeled plastic water bottle (no glass)
- Personal medication/Epi-pen if needed
- Healthy snack
Procedures:
- Drop-off/pick-up 10 minutes before/after camp
- Parents not allowed on deck
- Pool closes 10 minutes after clinic ends
- Respect the facility – damages are the responsibility of participants/parents
Refunds & Payments:
- No refunds or credits after registration
- Registration is only confirmed after payment is received
- If paying via Zelle:
- Select “Pay Later” at registration
- No processing fees

- 训练泳衣/泳裤（请提前穿好）

- 泳帽和泳镜
- 毛巾
- 标有姓名的塑料水瓶（禁止玻璃容器）
- 如有需要，请携带个人药物/EpiPen
- 健康零食
接送及场地规定：
- 请于训练开始前 10 分钟送达，并在训练结束后 10 分钟内接走
- 家长不得进入泳池区域
- 训练结束 10 分钟后泳池关闭
- 请爱护场地及设施；如造成设施损坏，相关责任及费用由参与者/家长承担
退款及付款规定：
- 报名后不予退款，也不提供余额抵扣（Credit）
- 只有收到付款后，报名才正式确认
- 如使用 Zelle 付款：
