Coach Jiang currently oversees all groups, including daily and seasonal practice plans and athletes goals.

Bella Zhang
Head Coach of Foundation Programs
Coach Bella swan in China’s National Swim Team from 1996 to 2000, earning the title of International Master of Sport (国际级运动健将) by 200m Butterfly—the highest honor awarded to an athlete. She set a record in Tianjin, China, that has remained unbroken for over 25 years so far.
After she retired from competitive swimming, she pursued a degree in Sports Coaching at Beijing Sport University. She later coached at Tsinghua University and Peking University before moving to the United States.
In the U.S., she coached with the Stingrays, one of New England’s top-ranked swim teams, before founding Wellesley Swim Clinic in 2018. Now she co-founded Infinity Swimming and the Arctic Beluga Foundation Program, which is dedicated to developing and advancing competitive swimming.

Faye Zou
Operations Director
Faye oversees the operation and administration of all practice groups.
She is a certified USA Swimming coach and holds an MBA from Cornell University.
In addition to managing and planning varies programs, She was elected to be the New England Zone Team coach in 2025.
