Our Coach

Faye oversees the operation and administration of all practice groups.

She is a certified USA Swimming coach and holds an MBA from Cornell University.

In addition to managing and planning varies programs, she was elected to be the New England Zone Team coach in 2025.

Coach Jiang currently oversees all ARCT groups, including daily and seasonal training plans, athlete development, and long-term goal setting for swimmers at every level.

Coach Bella swan in China’s National Swim Team from 1996 to 2000, earning the title of International Master of Sport (国际级运动健将) by 200m Butterfly—the highest honor awarded to an athlete. She set a record in Tianjin, China, that has remained unbroken for over 25 years so far.

After she retired from competitive swimming, she pursued a degree in Sports Coaching at Beijing Sport University. She later coached at Tsinghua University and Peking University before moving to the United States.

In the U.S., she coached with the Stingrays, one of New England’s top-ranked swim teams, before founding Wellesley Swim Clinic in 2018. Now she co-founded Infinity Swimming and the Arctic Beluga Foundation Program, which is dedicated to developing and advancing competitive swimming.

With almost 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Matt has introduced competitive swimming to hundreds of young swimmers, including athletes with special needs.

Coach Matt has been with ARCT since 2023 and is also the Aquatics Director at Wightman Tennis Center. His warmth, patience, and caring approach have helped many students develop both confidence in the water and a lifelong love for swimming.

Coach Ryan is from Los Angeles, California, and brings a strong passion for swimming to the team. He is known for his great attention to technical details and dedication to athlete development.

As a swimmer, Coach Ryan was a team captain for Blast Sharks and ranked on the GNAC’s all-time top lists in the 50, 100, and 200 Breaststroke, as well as the 200 and 400 IM.

Coach Ryan graduated with a degree in Sports Management.

From Haverhill, MA, MIAA North Sectional freestyle champion, Prior to ARCT, she coached for the YMCA North Shore.
