Age Group (11-15 Years Old)

✔ Develop all-around athletic fitness
✔ Gradual increase in training intensity
✔ Enhancing endurance & race mentality
✔ 5-6 practices per week
✔ One meet per month, compete at the New England Age Group Championships
Senior Group (14-18 Years Old)
📌 Advanced Training Focus:
✔ Refining stroke techniques & personal race strategies
✔ Enhancing endurance, speed, and strength for high-performance swimming
✔ Maintaining mental resilience and competitive mindset
✔ 6-7 practices per week
✔ Compete at the New England Age Group Championships, New England Senior Championships, Sectionals, and Futures
✔ May offer travel meets and training trips throughout the year
