Junior Group (10 & Under,11-14)

✔ Refining stroke mechanics and coordination

✔ Improving stroke efficiency and endurance

✔ Strengthening technique and race strategies

5 practices per week

✔ One meet per month, compete at the New England 10&U Age Group Championships



Age Group (11-15 Years Old)

📌 Training Goals:

Develop all-around athletic fitness

Gradual increase in training intensity

Enhancing endurance & race mentality

✔ 5-6 practices per week

✔ One meet per month, compete at the New England Age Group Championships



Senior Group (14-18 Years Old)

📌 Advanced Training Focus:

✔ Refining stroke techniques & personal race strategies

Enhancing endurance, speed, and strength for high-performance swimming

Maintaining mental resilience and competitive mindset

6-7 practices per week

✔ Compete at the New England Age Group Championships, New England Senior Championships, Sectionals, and Futures

✔ May offer travel meets and training trips throughout the year
